I'll be going to Confluence, the science fiction/fantasy/horror convention in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, again this year, the weekend of July 27-29. Always a lot of fun. Guest of Honor is Catherynne M. Valente this year. I'll also be participating in the Writer's Workshop while I'm there, led by award winning author David D. Levine.

I had a great time at Confluence this year. Catherynne M. Valente was very nice to speak to. The workshop led by David Levine was excellent. I made new friends and reconnected with a few old friends. Over all, a nice experience.
