Sir Patrick Stewart announces the return of Jean-Luc Picard

So it seems Comic-Con was interesting. That's basically it, Jean-Luc will be back. Is it a TNG special? Will Enteprise D or E turn up in Discovery? Or in a Kalvin timeline movie? Does anyone else know any more? Apologies but Wii U won't let me post links...
