Female pilot kidnapped and put in a stasis chamber until the future and people fight over her

I don't remember much, but I do remember this: this female pilot (from modernish times)and this is in first person from her) and her companion, also a woman, are scouting and they crash. Then they had to run from (3-5) guys and the companion pilot got killed, but the main pilot got kidnapped. They knocked her out and put her in a van. When she wakes up, she is in a half-awake state and is being put in a stasis chamber. Over 100 years later, (in a different perspective of a guy who becomes a main character) this team, while fighting, wakes her up on accident and have to get her back to their government (even though she was on a different government's land) without the other government finding out. The other government does find out and there is a fight over who has custody over her. While this is all happening, she is trying to get accustomed to this entirely new world (it's still earth but just way into the future.
