Holden and crew realize that they're not alone on the Rocinante and find themselves up against a Martian Marine blockade. Miller's dark night of the soul, believing all is lost, finds a new reason to keep going. Avasarala visits Holden's family in Montana.

This show is visually and atmospherically really interesting.

And yet, I don't feel very engaged with the story or characters - I'm more interested in the everyday experience of the world than anything else.

It doesn't help that the story is really slow - Miller doesn't really seem to have discovered anything much except that there's more mystery, until he goes to Eros - I'm left wondering if his entire story could have been condensed a lot more, especially as the whole partner issue doesn't seem to have gone anywhere.

Anyway, I'm interested in watching more of this TV series - but I don't think for the right reasons.

Lol! I just watched the following episode - the standoff in the Blue Falcon. Great tension, and the story feels like it's going somewhere again - at least, in short bursts. :)
