Here's what there is of an article about a very rare Tolkien item. The Monash Review was a newsletter of Monash University in Clayton, Victoria, Australia. So far as I know, the poem has never been published in its entirety, and so it joins "The Bovadium Fragments" as a still-unavailable bit of Tolkieniana.
