Martian Kids on Prehistoric Earth

Looking for a short story I read ages ago. The plot involves a time traveler who finds two martian kids, brother and sister, on prehistoric Earth. They are Martian Royalty, I think, and were kidnapped and brought to Earth. The time traveler who travels around in a robotic dinosaur, finds them and tries to help them.
