(spoiler talk) Judas Unchained. Ozzie's past crimes?

I'm reading the void trilogy now, read the commonwealth saga several years ago so I'm trying to remember all the little details of lore that may have slipped my mind.

In Judas Unchained there was this following excerpt:

Ozzie was now nowhere to be seen. They’d had a late breakfast together, while Ozzie explained to Orion and Tochee the reasons behind their house arrest. Orion hadn’t really understood the political intricacies, just that Ozzie and his friend Nigel had some kind of big bust-up over the way the war was going; and a crime that Ozzie had been involved in decades ago was a part of it. “It’ll be cleared up by the end of the week,” Ozzie said. “Nigel will be kissing my ass and begging forgiveness. You’ll see.”

So I remember Ozzie being completely against genocide and him having a falling out with Nigel over it. Did he state his opposition to genocide before going on the Silfen paths? I'm trying to remember when voiced his opposition to it which ultimately resulted with the fallout since nobody was able to reach him when he was walking the Silfen Paths.

Also what crime was Ozzie involved in decades ago? The Great Wormhole Heist immediately comes to mind, but I don't remember Ozzie's involvement in it at all other than Ozzie's wormhole device being used.

Ok, the crime was that Ozzie actually participated in the Great Wormhole Heist. He operated the original wormhole machine for the heist, since it used his and Nigel's personal codes. When Nigel found out in Judas Unchained he basically called Ozzie a moron and said that Ozzie should have just given Bradley Johansson a loan, since CST made more money in an hour than was stolen in the robbery (or something like that - I forget the precise detail).

Ozzie also blocked the physical inspection of cargo going to Far Away, which was something Paula had pushed for as part of stopping the Guardians.

Ok found it, Nigel's precise words were: "It's less than an hour's income for CST, you dickbrain, and we own half of Vegas anyway. Why didn't you just give Johansson an open credit transfer?" - Judas Unchained pg.914 UK paperback edition.

The genocide argument started after Ozzie came back from his trip along the paths.
