What's the name of this film?

It was Swiss made and I can't remember if it was in German or French. It was about a doctor who managed to get a job on a freighter bound for a colony so that she can see her sister. While she is on 'watch' and the rest of the crew is in hyper sleep she begins to think someone else might be awake...
