I think that this episode had a lot packed into it -- action, relationships and plot advancement.

Me too. Whenever I try to anticipate what's next, I like their version better. 
I like also that Lucy is still there even if not a ship anymore.
Aneela is back, Khelen has some liberties to move around and our Killjoys will find a way to free themselves. Last series, the three of them had to fight against the Lady in the green. Now they are out and the Lady still struggles to understand humans. I hope for a happy ending.

This was the best episode yet in this season IMHO. The Killjoys are fighting back, all be it from a very bad position, but they have some plan. Earlier, they seemed to be doing whatever they were programmed to do by the Lady. The stories involving the other protagonists also moved on some way. Yes, there was a lot going on.
