There is a hidden facility where experiments are performed on men to increase their strength and aggressive behaviors in order to create “super soldiers”.
Set in present day, maybe in New York City?? This was a library hardback read probably over 15 years ago.
The protagonist is naturally strong and combat trained and he becomes the only one who can stop these “super soldiers” when they escape, of course!! Thanks for your help.
