In addition to those listed already, I might add O. B. I. T. which is even more relevant in this age of surveillance; Nightmare, which is a savage indictment of the military mind; Don't Open Till Doomsday, just because it's really weird; ZZZZZ, although the premise is silly, because it just reeks of sensuality; The Form of Things Unknown, because it's creepy; Cry of Silence, just because I like the idea of malevolent tumbleweeds; and The Duplicate Man, because it's about more than just the episode's monster.
