There are still plenty of characters from Marvel, DC, Dark Horse, etc. that could get their own movie sometime between soon and the far future. What comic book character-based movies that you'd love to see get made?

For me:
Cloak and Dagger (Marvel) (there is a TV series about them on Hulu)
Doom Patrol (DC)
The Goon (Dark Horse)
Deadman (DC)
Squirrel Girl (Marvel)
Moon Knight (Marvel)
Usagi Yojimbo (Dark Horse)
Metal Men (DC)
The Submariner (Marvel)
The original Human Torch (android) (Marvel)

I'd rather see something else.

Strontium Dog
Nemesis the Warlock
Rogue Trooper
Nicholai Dante
A.B.C. Warriors
Sin and Dex
Slaine
I would include Invasion 1999, Flesh, and this,

Also from 2000AD I remember a story that was only in the annuals about a group of British Commandos that somehow traveled through time in their D Day style landing craft.
Whilst not a film more like a mini series I wish the Judge Dredd: Cursed Earth story line would make it to our screens.

Almost any 2000AD strip would be a dream come true. My favourites would be Strontium Dog, DR & Quinch's Guide to Life, (which I found to be hilarious), Bad Company, Rogue Trooper. I would love to see Judge Dredd's Apocalypse War on the big screen as it made a huge impact on me at the time. I also remember Tharg's Future Shocks and Alan Moore's Twisted Times would be an excellent Anthology series.

Dan Dare would be an excellent franchise and so very British.

Given how mediocre I thought the Star Wars Sequels were, I'd love to see Dark Empire on the big screen. (I've probably romanticised it over time, though.)

Still waiting for a Judge Dredd tv series. An animated one would be fine (in fact, possibly preferable) as that could bring to life to wild and wacky world of Mega City One and its inhabitants.

Still waiting for a good version of Spider Man and X-Men.
Elektra: Assassin
Miracleman would be great.

A Blame! series instead of the film.
