I'm designing a front cover for my site, and I don't know if it's because I've been at the computer for a millennia but could use a second opinion on my title image.

What do you guys think?

Sorry dont always like being negative but.

The face looks chubby like she has huge fangs or to wide a mouth, not so much as she is the victim but she is the vampire / monster?

If she is your monster then well done.

It looks fairly disturbing if that's what you're going for, but for some reason, it reminds me of the film The Grudge. And I've never seen The Grudge.

The Gruge is quite good , so is the US remake and sequel.

They actually did a film crossover Grudge vs Ring. I

Looks great! I could tell your genre, and I knew what the book was about, and I could see all the important details like links to the contact page.

One thing I would change is the blurb in the second section. That needs better formatting. What I think I would do is add ellipses to the end of each sentence, and also increase the font size (and make it bold).

My first thought was that it looks like gollum from the LoR films. I think it's the fringe combined with large eyes and lack of skin tone in the image.

I find the image sharp and evocative and perfect for a horror writer. I like your website too, PJ, and the story blurbs are enticing. One thing I did trip on was with the final story: I keep reading Kay as a barista rather than barrister--my brain insists on matching barista with coffee shop, I suppose.

It definitely grabs the viewer. For the horror genre, excellent.

The fact that the dimensions are ever so slightly askew draws the viewer's attention even more, and makes it more disturbing.
