Looking at his entry in IMDB, it seems that the only ones I've seen are Scanners and, in what must be a tiny role, the gay-themed comedy/drama Outrageous! Given that, I guess I have to say Scanners.

His usual nasty self in both. He was, in his day, the best baddie around.
Edit: I don't think Ironside was in Robocop. You may be thinking of Kurtwood Smith perhaps?

If the above is true, and IMDB says it is, then I would have to go with Starship Troopers, where he proved he could play a good guy.

That was Kurtwood Smith in Robocop, and an excellent villain he was too. I think I'd go for Starship Troopers as well.
