I enjoyed her latest space opera, The Eleventh Gate (review here, somewhere down the page)

And for short stories, Trinity is excellent.

I just picked up The Eleventh Gate.
 
Beggars In Spain et alia for me (but I think she overdid all the advantages of the sleepless...24 hour awareness, higher IQ and unageing?)
 
Oaths and Miracles got me into her work but I haven't read the follow up.
I loved the Beggars in Spain trilogy.
I also enjoyed An Alien Light.

I met her at Worldcon 2018? in San Jose and she was very nice.
 
She was married to another science fiction writer of note Charles Sheffield.
