Ive read Norstrillia and other stories by over the years . I first discovered him while reading Brain Aldiss's 2 volume science fiction anthology Galactic Empires The Story that I read I that collection The Crime and The Glory of Commander Suzdal . It's wonderful story and is absurdly funny.:D
