Finished this yesterday, not my usual kind of read, not enough action, death, blood etc.

After the first few chapters I was considering discarding it, pleased I didn't.
It speaks to you, we all make decisions we regret and wonder what would be if we done something different.
Any one else read it ? Also see there is the possibility of a film.
 
This seems like the sort of high-concept literary thing that I normally find to be a huge turnoff, but given this endorsement I might give it a try...
