Little Remembered TV Series and TV Movies

It was kind of ‘Blade Runner - The Series’ with the same dystopian feel (and rain).
 
Wasn't there supposed to be animated Blade Runner series ?:unsure::(
 
Blade Runner: Black Lotus is available from Channel 4 it seems.
 
Future Cop 1976 to 1977. (Bill Shannon) Officer Haven plays and Android cop teamed with old veteran Joe Cheever ( Ernest Borgnine) to fight crime. The series also stared John Amos as officer Bill Bundy . The series actually had an interesting premise. :cool:

I vaguely remember a film like this, it must have been the pilot.
