The Stress of Her Regard by Tim Powers is excellent.
Starlings by Jo Walton -- I haven't finished because, as Walton admits, she doesn't "get" the short story. I take a couple of the last are truly short stories, but much of the earlier pieces are not, however pleasant and charming they are
We are All Completely Fine by Daryl Gregory is very good, though rather short.

I own several of these but haven't got to them yet.
