I wish there was an option to cancel a post here as I've now answered my own question! Which was, how to locate spelling errors when KDP spellcheck has found them but only quotes you the line in which they occur without saying where it is.
Anyway I used Control + H in the original document to call up the find and replace box which solved the problem. Didn't fancy ploughing through a 200,000 manuscript to find three errors!

In your original document--just do a quick search(find)for ---that specific 'line of text with the error'---and it should pop up quickly.
That's how I find all of them anyway.
