I've SF novels under the name James Worrad but I'm about to launch fantasy novels under J.L.Worrad. So, in terms of Goodreads I figure it's best to have two different pages (With perhaps a link in each's bio leading to the other). Does that mean setting up two different accounts? Is it best to have two different accounts? I'm a bit at seas here and would appreciate help from anyone in a similar situation.

Iain Banks has separate account for Iain M Banks, and Amanda Hemingway and Jan Siegel are also separate. They mention their pseudonyms in the bio section. So that seems to be the done thing. I guess you'll need separate email accounts, but there shouldn't be any other technical issues.

Can I ask why you've decided to go with a pseudonym for fantasy? I think you recently mentioned getting an agent -- was it their idea?

(I'm free to mention this now; cover reveal was today!) Titan Books preferred me to go with a (very light) pseudonym so that my fantasy is distinct from my SF side. I see what they're getting at and, fortunately, my last name is pretty unusual anyhow so if any reader wanted to cross the chamber they can find my other persona easily enough.

I'd check the Goodreads small print as they may not like you having multiple accounts. Amazon on the other hand allows you to have multiple author names linked to your account, so one can be a pen-name.
