I remember wanting to read this book a few months ago, but somehow lost track of it. The plot was about a merchant/traveler, who travels a foreign/strange land, all the while he is haunted by a ghost. It´s a fantasy stand-alone-book and relatively new (not more than a few years old).
I think I remember the title involving the name of the fictional land (something like “A Merchant in (insert land name)”, but I´m not completely sure). The illustration looked really artsy, like it was drawn and showed a dark-skinned man, with landscape/buildings in soft colors in the background. I didn’t recognize the authors name, the book seemed to be pretty niche.
These are the only things that I remember, but I´m glad for every hint you guys might have!
