Is there anyone know where I can find a copy of Wally Wallington's The Forgotten Technology?

I've searching for it for a while now.

There's apparently (I didn't look at it) a 5-minute clip of this on YouTube, under which is a comment that says: "There is an hour and fifteen minutes of his stuff on DailyMotion" (".com not included...).
