Anyone remember this old TV show?

It was on late 60s -very early 70s
About this humanoid alian who was an oberver,
I think the show might have been called 'Observer one'
episode ended with him sittin in front of his tv, camera on top, communicating his findings to his people
his line was i think...''Observer one to control'

Nope, it wasent a comedy based show, and it was on well before Mork & Mindy came out.

It probably isn't, but sounds reminiscent of some of the episodes of The Prisoner, with Number 2.

Was it a serial or perhaps an Outer Limits/Twilight Zone type story?
