Multiple Titles with Or

Let’s say, for whatever reason, I wanted to do one of those dual title things separated by or. How would I go about formatting that? As follows?

Title 1 or (Title 2)

Here's another way I think it used to be done (and I'll borrow and reformat Dr. Strangelove for my example):

Dr. Strangelove
- or -
How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb​

I like this one too with the semi-colon and comma after or:

Frankenstein; or, The Modern Prometheus
