Not really relevant but regarding number 8 about pizza box tents, I haven't saw one of those for several years, and we have like 7 or 8 different pizza shops on our delivery list.
Do they still use them?

I think they might have managed to engineer the boxes so they have better structural stability.

I still see them occasionally. Depends on where the pizza's from.
