Just announced! Glasgow (as expected) will host the 2024 Worldcon.

a few chronners got together for Worldcon 2019 in Dublin and had a blast (and at Eurocon in Belfast) and I know a few of us are absolutely on for a repeat.

I was in Dublin 2019, my first ever Worldcon (and before I joined Chronicles). Glasgow is on my list to attend.
Eurocon 2024 is to be held in Rotterdam, also in August. I suppose directly after the Worldcon. No date announced yet.

Sadly not - family visit derailed me

I am planning to go.
I don't feel like flying, if not strictly unavoidable, so I am now looking at how to get there by rail. And whether or not to stay a few days in London on the way back. The accumulating costs may be prohibitive.
The following weekend has the Eurocon event in Rotterdam. I cannot not visit that one.

They should do - most big conventions do. I brought mine to Octocon when one was around 10 and they had a ball

I think I will as it will be a canny outlay for the four of us to go if they end up moping around ha ha.
