DISCUSSION THREAD -- October 2022 -- 300 Word Writing Challenge #47

@Phyrebrat .... Beach Music .... Phyrebrat writes us a a reflective tale of inspiration, insight, and love.

@BigJ .... Morning Star .... BigJ writes a moving tale of true love and a bit of eternity.

After reading the entries, to my great surprise it seems as though everybody looked at the picture and thought: lighthouse.

What the hell is wrong with you people?
Nothing wrong with me. I went out into left field with this one.

@VRlass .... The night of harrowing .... V.R.L. writes us a story which could become a Halloween classic in the love defeats horror category.

@Dan Jones .... The Travels Of Sir Reginald Rigmarole, Part 94! .... D. J. takes us on another wild ride as we join Sir. R. Rigmarole on a visit that runs afoul.

I've got something but wish I'd written mosaix's entry. I am really enjoying reading this 300, especially the more light hearted ones, as mine is quite dark. Currently I've worked out I need at least 6 votes.

If you are polite with your bribe, the mods could possibly switch @mosaix for @Peter V .

Remember, kill with kindness. Don't go in with threats of violence.

You people are doing some gentle speculative fiction of its own in discussion threads :D
The sociocybernetic in me loves reading this meta-stories…
Hey…
WHO TOOK MY POPCORN!?
The mods. They enjoy a bit of confrontation otherwise they get bored and start dreaming of galactic domination.

Calumny! We're well beyond petty confrontations and galactic domination. What really exercises us is (a) whether we need a couple of new wings on the dungeon suites and (b) who keeps nicking the chocolate hobnobs.

a) sweet chili or bbq?
b) I'm more a malted cow man, myself

@Luiglin .... Life’s a beach but death’s a tower .... Luiglin reminds us that there's a buyer for every piece of real estate, and that some agents are just full of it.

@mosaix .... Buster Saves the Day .... Mosaix had me in stitches all the way to the liquefied ending.
