But assuming I get there one day, does this forum offer feedback on query letters? I didn't see anything specifically listing it. I'd love to have a bunch of other writers tell me why my query has gotten 0 bites.

Hi yes we do but none of us are professionals at reading queries - but lots of us have many hours experience of tearing our hair out trying to write one!
