For those that follow Doctor Who closely, you may be interested in this many-part documentary by the YouTube channel Clever Dick Films. This is the current one that has just recently been posted.
As you can see he's up to part 12 and the Matt Smith era, so plenty of past episodes, with loads of clips, commentary, production history etc. if that's your thing. He still has the next two doctors to do so it isn't finished, but I think there's enough there to get going! Really quite long, but maybe quite nice to fall asleep too!
