Christian Fantasy recommendations?

I figure Lewis Carroll and JRR Tolkien are the most obvious examples, but one that might be overlooked is David Gemmell, who had a very Liberal Christian outlook. His books always contain some degree of spirituality, even though it tends to be somewhat vague and away from traditional doctrines, but it still underlines a divine power at work throughout his universe. Some people might consider it as too liberal to be properly considered Christian, though. :)

The Tragedy of Man (1861) by Imre Madach --starts with creation and follows Adam, Eve and Lucifer through history and then into the far future (ends around 6000ad)

I feel I should add Stephen King's The Green Mile, as it's about an angelic man who heals through miracles. They never say (at least, not in the film) that he's an angel, but it's always hinted to be as such. It's basically a Messiah story.

A great book and movie.

Judith Tarr? She has the Hound and Falcon trilogy where Alfred the Elf is a monk and some people have issues with that. I can't remember how Christian this is as opposed to just being a historical fantasy.
