Outer Limits: Looking For Episode With Bleeding Jogger

Hello... New here and curious to what knowledge rests here concerning "The Outer Limits" (90's).

This being said; I'm looking for a specific episode, in which I remember a Jogger running towards the viewer, stopping at an intersection with an -'I don't feel so good all of a sudden'- look on his face. To his horror his skin starts to tear up spontaneously and he starts bleeding out profusely, dying from it....

Or: Am I wrong altogether and am I in fact looking for the episode where people spontaneously break their bones and tear themselves up?

Either-way It's an episode which I saw somewhere in the mid to late 90's...

Does this ring any bells with anyone/ anywhere?

I can't remember that episode off hand, but others might be able to.
