Very cool web-based app that allows you to fly from one orbital body to the next (by double tapping). Fun to play with but I’d imagine also a great tool for any sci-fi writer looking for inspiration for describing interplanetary scenes within our solar system.
Travel between planets to moons to asteroids to satellites and probes, and see where everything is at this exact moment. Everything is moving in real time.
Tap the solar system icon for a Birds Eye view.
Double tap an object to travel to it.
Tap the magnifying glass to search for something like ISS.
Pinch/drag to zoom in/out. The 3D renders are incredible.
Mind blowing what we can get on our phones these days.
