I was impressed. The eye movements are totally convincing.
I expect doing facial movements and speaking would be far harder--but I predict this technology and the virtual recreation of the enterprise sets will eventually lead to a kind of interactive theme park ride where you can enter a holodeck-like simulation of the bridge or other sets and watch scenes from Star Trek play out--probably with LED-screen enhanced cgi models of the cast members speaking and playing out their roles.
