Aidan Truhen is a pen name used by Nick Harkaway for a couple of comedy crime capers he wrote about a guy called Jack Price.

In one of Mr Harkaway's blogs, a couple of years ago, he outed himself as being Aidan Truhen.

He then said it was a task for people who are good at anagrams to solve the name Aidan Truhen.

I got the word 'under' but I've been stuck since then

I'll take a look Dave, cheers.

The excerpt from his blog:-

"I wrote two books – and I’m absolutely intending to write more – under the pseudonym of Aidan Truhen (get your anagram skills out and flourish them)."

"He drain aunt". Could be a reference to a vampire who preys on extended family? Or someone who financially mooches off relatives?

I found the answer, but will *spoiler* it, for those still guessing. (Not sure if the fun is in the guessing, or the knowing.) From his website:

The name is an anagram of Diana Hunter, a central character in Gnomon who writes literary pulp novels.
