The 100 Word Anonymous Challenge started 9 years ago, and has kept going as a community effort rather than as official Chrons Challenge status.
I think it would be nice to get an Honour Roll Post going to have a list of dates, topics, genres, and winners that can be referred to. Unfortunately, I have a bit too much on my plate right now, so if anyone would like to volunteer for the job, that would be great. This is what the 75 Word Challenge Honour Roll looks like.
I know in the 75 Word Challenge, there are links embedded in the list. That would be ideal, if it is not too difficult to do.
The first challenge started way back here ,

It is doable! Currently a work in progress...

Update: All the relevant data has now been retrieved and (for the moment) stored in a spreadsheet + word-document to hold all the stories.
Meanwhile I'm pondering the best way to present the data, following the example of the 75-word challenge or a variant thereof.

Fair play, credit to ya -the most valuable thing we have is time & you've been generous with yours. Thanks (y)

T00. Occasionally a Poll remained open. In 1 or 2 cases the poll-results may have been effected by votes cast after closing. For official results the posts by the Challenge-organiser in the discussion-thread is leading.

T01. One of a kind Theme: "The words of Mercury are harsh after the songs of Apollo. You that way: we this way." This caused some confusion among the participants.

Conclusion: Copying from my spreadsheet and pasting it here works nicely and only requires some minor editing. Provided someone with the Powers of a Moderator can later add new data this should work.
I think though that these results and the actual stories will be posted in 2 separate posts. I need the include the links to the stories into this table and there is only a limited time to edit. So, first the stories, get the links will working on this table.

It had occurred to me that maintaining the list does mean having access to posts, past the one hour limit. Either that, or update 'The :ist' every few years with a new post. :unsure:

Yes, my thoughts had already gone towards new posts for updates. Remains the question how often. Perhaps once a year with an update of the last 4 results. I could do the setup like that right from the start: 1 post per year. That has also the benefit that any remarks I add per year remain limited. (I add lengthy ones below the table to limit the width overall. Which I need later when I'll add another column for the number of participants vs total entries.)
The stories get each their own post, except in the case of joined winners (which so far happened only one.) I did notice though that for the 75-Worder all stories that were in a tie are included. That's another option to consider. We once had a 7-way tie.

@Elckerlyc
Thank you so much for doing this. What a great job! So well done, and thorough.
I agree with updating yearly, and I like seeing the winning stories posted. Your comments in the numbers section are an added bonus, and show how the Challenge has evolved over the years. That is what is unique about the Anon--it is a result of the contributors and volunteer host members who have shaped it over time.

I'll post the 2023 stories until Aug/Sep and every following Quarterly edition of the Challenge. It's just the Facts & Numbers that can only be updated on a yearly basis. That goes for the Roll of Honour thread. I can do updates in between in the discussions thread.

And for those who want to comment and dissect the Facts & Numbers, here is the complete list again, version 2.0, but without the links.
