Yes, I dropped the ball and forgot to post in the Oct 75 thread. I'll post in the new one for Nov when Genelewis has decided on the genre/theme and give any newies a week to register interest. Is this okay?

For anyone who is new to this, this isn't particularly uncommon with SekSan as it's a much bigger project so we all take longer -- well, some of us

This seems interesting, I’ll bite. If I’m not too late, I would like a historical fantasy (writer’s choice for when) involving a flock of chickens.

I would like a story featuring an autistic child as a major character, any genre.

Or, if that is too challenging/unattractive, a tale featuring Rudolf the Red Nosed Reindeer as the leader of a vicious gang of ungulates which gets its comeuppance. (I took seven goes at spelling vicious before getting it right, but ungulates - noooooo problem…)

Or, because it is difficult to finish these stories in the timescale, I would like a story intended (or which purports to be intended) to be read to preschool children by their parents, any genre, any theme.

My intention is that these options are all offered to the same person. Hope that’s ok.

Funny thing. I missed this. I saw "Sekrit" in the title while skimming down threads and subconsciously thought an Indian word like Sanskrit or some fantasy name so probably not relevant for me to open.

I've paired up writers to requests and am ready to send -- the forum software is making me wait 3 mins between messages so I've messaged a mod to see if I can do them all at the same time as I'd rather not sit online waiting 3 mins between 14 messages

Two of you have had yours, the rest of you (12) will have to wait a lil longer. But I will send @BigJ the message as I know they're anxious to hear!

I apologise for the delay, btw. I'd thought there were about 3 or 4 entrants so was hoping for more. Fourteen is much more like it

Generally, to keep this "secret," the stories are sent to the host (in this case, Phyrebrat) to be passed on to the persons who requested them.

I'm just glad I have something specific to think about now as I stare at that blank word document.
