I am a member of a local acoustic (Folky) music club and I wrote this little song, about retiring to the country, for last months meeting.
A guy who runs a small local studio heard it and said to come in and record it. So I pitched up with the guitar, sat on a chair, belted it out and went home again.
To my surprise they are putting it on an album they are assembling of local folk musicians from the valley.
He has put it on bandcamp for now if you want to hear it.
Update: The studio have taken it (and the other artists) off Bandcamp. I've written to ask why
