Yes, the 'bible' in small screen production is the one thing that frames the whole production. It gives writers guidelines, and explains main characters, events, etc.
Yea, but like it is with MCU, Mr Filoni has to be the showrunner and allow writer's room to influence. That's where they are at. Read the Hollywood Reporter post under DareDevil thread. With the Mandalorian and all the other yet to be filmed small screen productions, the film exec model isn't going to work any longer.
If all you can do is mock something than don't watch it and most assuredly don't say anything. --- It is so easy to mock something when you don't have anything better to offer than an idea that hasn't been tried or, just as likely, tried and discarded for reasons that you don't know and are not likely to guess. I feel this same way about sports announcers who feel it is their right to mock someone with tons more ability and has worked much harder to hone their craft, than the writer will ever have. Why? Because it will make them famous and (sigh! I hate to admit it) seem cool to some people. All mockery does for me is to make me angry and rant about cheap shots and supposed experts.
That's not to say that they don't have some valid criticisms. But then they should state them like "I think there is too much sighing in this series." rather than pasting together a bunch of clips from several different episodes and make a montage of them which implies that they happened in some 30 second scene. In each case I thought the sigh was perfectly in character for the character and the situation.
You are too hard, Mr Parson. It is light-hearted mockery, and it was supposed to be funny. And I thought it was a quality piece of irony. Hence, I shared it. Apologies if it hurt.

No apology needed! I wasn't aiming my rant at you at all and I hope you knew that. It is one of my pet peeves that people feel it's their right to mock someone else's efforts. If a person needs correction it is almost never the best idea to hold them up to mockery. Change comes hard and people change best when they feel that they are supported. So why mock? Well, because it draws attention to the person doing the mocking and its fun to think that someone else is stupid.
I suppose I feel this so strongly because I was teased a lot as a child and hated every minute of it.
I leave this here as a reminder for how difficult the light sabre fighting is, if you take the sabres as lore accurate. The video is timestamped to the beginning of the matches.
If you consider how many times they hit the zombie troopers in the episode, the floors and stairs should be slippery from zombie blood and difficult to traverse because of all the chopped off bits.
