I'm looking for stories that are a blend of various types of speculative (and perhaps secondary non-speculative themes) elements combined into one.

Here are just some I'm vaguely familiar with (might've read a few pages):

Alif the Unseen by G. Willow Wilson
A Season of Monstrous Conception by Lina Rather
Perdido Street Station and its sequels by China Miéville

Morlock Night by K W Jeter It sequel to the Time Machine . The Moorlocks get ahold of the machine and turn all of history into their feeding frowns . There a bit Arthurian elements in this one ,

Night Has A Thousand Eyes by Cornell Woolrich. is start s as a conventional Nior Thrill but there some supernatural elements in this book .

Sherlock Holmes and the Servants of Hell by Paul Kane This one is set in Clive Barkers Hellraiser universe

The Cthulhu Casebooks of Sherlock Holmes by James Lovegrove
1. The Shadwell Shadows
2. The Miskatonic Monstrosities
3. The Sussel Sea Devils

Nightshade and Damnations by Gerald Kersh

Maybe not what you're looking for, but many of the novels by Claire North are neither clearly SF nor fantasy. The amazing things are not explained, just speculated on. Harry August, Sudden Appearance of Hope.

The Third Policeman by Flann O'Brien .
