Virtual Tour, Day 1: Oxford. Nicci and I decided to stop off at the Knossos exhibition at the Ashmolean Museum. It was fascinating! Naturally, some of the exhibits focused on the relationship between the bull, aka the Sacred Bull, and Minoan society. Here I am posing in front of a bull head not unlike the one which adorns the front cover of I Am Taurus.

These aurochs were big... This is a prehistoric Auroch skull with an embedded Neolithic axehead from Cambridgeshire (3370 to 2800BCE).

Virtual Tour, Day 6: Ludlow. The town's Bull Ring was the site of its cattle market in Medieval times. The Bull Ring Tavern building can boast a history going back to 1365. There's another bull-themed pub just down the road!
