Another excellent science fiction author has passed away. Author of over 70 books. RIP.

Enjoyed his Florians series, but he never really got the acclaim that some of his work deserved.
And he was a prolific writer - over 800 works, rather than 70!

Very sad news. I met him a couple of times at events. He was never less than entertaining. Top bloke, and good author, especially his masterpiece The Empire Of Fear.
