Eleven meeting her mum was touching (also welcome that the truck driver who gave her a lift wasn't creepy). Good to see this episode less disturbing in general than the previous one. Having Bob figure our Will's drawings was a fun moment, as was the rush to save Hopper.
The only complaint i, the editing and timeline seem to be jumping about a bit - it was daylight when Dustin grabbed Stave to go after Dart, and it can't take that long to get across Hawkins - yet it appears to be late at night when the rescue of Hopper begins.
However, the moment when Lucas gets advise on women was priceless - "She's never wrong."
