I don't think I've seen anyone play 'genuinely terrified' as well as she did in The Shining. She also played a very funny cameo in Time Bandits as the girlfriend of Michael Palin with his 'problem'.

I remember her first from Faerie Tale Theater. Growing up, I used to go to the library and check out the episodes on video.
