i love the manly fantasy genre. i want to read fantasy novels about manly men doing manly things around other men. i also want it to be set in a secondary fantasy world. thanks for reading and thanks in advance for your answers.

First thing that came to mind is Conan the Barbarian* and variations? Muscly man doing man stuff like waving swords around, saving damsels in distress, and murdering monsters... in apparently an all-male group (what they do between the bed rolls is no one else's business but theirs!)? You know... those really old fantasy novels where there is a He-Man type figure in metal underpants waving a sword around. Is this correct, Sailormanttt?

*I've never read Conan so this might be wrong?

Side tracking.
Do you mean buggery like this/

If it's violent manly fantasy figures, the Bloodsworn trilogy by John Gwynne has enough blood, death and fantasy violence for anyone. Not always perpetrated by males.

No recs but I suddenly had 'We're men, we're men in tights' on a loop in my head when I read this.
Try Silverlock by John Myers Myers and The Complete Enchanter by L Sprague De Camp and Fletcher Pratt. :)

If someone is interested in reading R.E. Howard's Conan, Kull, Dark Agnes and so on as well as several classics now in the public domain, transcribed and many translated into English, feel free to PM me for a link to an online PDF, ePub, plaintxt library. (I say PM me since I'm unsure of how SFFChrons views such offsite links. If even the offer is unacceptable, please delete my post Moderators).
