When Digger and his mother arrive in Ludlow for a summer holiday, they little realise what strange events they are about to be mixed up in. For the house they are staying in is not the one they expected, and their host, Digger's uncle, looks different from his photos. Digger's holiday is going to begin with an unexpected encounter and continue into a perilous underworld.
