Does anyone know when the next Fiest book is to be released and what it is called?

wow i didnt even realise there was a sub forum dedicated to authors.

This year that is good, should be out in Australia soon after England.

So I take it you're an Aussie mate? :D :D :D

Depending upon the publisher generally speaking if it's a UK edition it reaches our sunny shores normally 1-2 months later, if it's a US edition it may get there 6+ months. This is not a hard and fast rule certainly, just what I've noticed and obviously sometimes the book may not arrive in OZ in general bookstores all that quickly if it's a US or Canadian publisher until a UK publisher takes up a contract witness R Scott Bakker's trilogy with Orbit's recent signing.

Of course there's also delays as we all know b/w HB and TPB and then PB releases, the tyranny of distance *Sighs*.... :( :(

Then someone needs to get a job in the UK, buy up all the books and return to the Australian shores with a whole heap of fun...

Or get a UK relative to post some early birthday/Christmas pressies!! ;)
 
I've just succumbed to temptation and joined the Fantasy and SF Book Club. It's available there for £10.99 - don't know how that compares to Amazon... Of course you get tied into buying another 3 books over the year but that's no hardship if you're a fan of the genre...
 
Cheesed of big style, just recieved an email from Amazon although the book has now been published I'll have to wait another 4-6 weeks for delivery due to disrubutors :mad: now i'll have to see if WH Smiths are stocking it :(
 
I'll stop moaning now, FOTN has been dispatched,I send them an email complaining because it was advertised as being dispatched within 24hrs and they had told me 4-6 weeks,recieved apology and now its on its way. :)
 
It is going to be realeased in April over here in America...which really sucks. The Author lives here in the U.S. we should get it first. Oh well I'll just order it from Amazon UK.
