I often visit Kate's official website and I found something I thought I would share with all of you. If anyone has the opportunity to go, please let know what happened and how you liked it (or not). Thanks!

I will be making an appearance in LONDON, England

on Monday 11 July

at the Oxford Street Borders Books SFF monthly gathering.

It begins at 630pm. Orbit author Tricia Sullivan will also be there.

We'll both be doing a short reading and then a Q&A session moderated by Pat Cadigan.

If any of you can come, I would love to meet you.
I wish I lived the UK now!

Hopefully someone from this UK forum will attend Kate's appearance in the UK *not wishing to point fingers at anyone*...

OH and I suppose I should say *break a leg* for your test Cal.... ;)

Argh.. woops *gollum scratches head in confusion whilst paging though cobweb-laced pages of ancient dictionary* I of course meant to say "all the best" didn't I??.... :p  ;)

Yes Alia I wish I too lived in the UK so I could visit Kate just not at the moment as far a London goes LOL!....

Well, if I do, I'll tell her best wishes from Chronicles;)

I don't need your luck gollum, I shall fail all of my own accord thanks:p

Cal... Kate has actually been on this site and is a register user.
I for one, hope that you pass your drivers test. :D Then I would hope you would go to see Kate... and take a certain hardback book with you called The King's Dragon... and have her sign it to Alia... hint hint ;)

I've only got a paperback copy unfortunately;)

But yes, I know she's registered. I do read the forums occasionally;) Thats why I was thinking of mentioning them if I go.

Of course, I will probably end up not going anyway:(

I sure hope you do... not only would it be fun, but then we would have someone from Chronies going to see her...
And I meant no insult by telling you she was a register user... Sorry kido.

And if I had known about you going I would have sent you my hardback copy to have her sign. *sighs* It would be nice to have her autograph.... oh well, maybe another time.
