Help me find these books (no titles or authors !)

Hi,

Back in the 70's I read two fantastic sci-fi books.

One was about a guy who was in suspended animation and gets woke up in the future where the world is run by androinds.

They give him an android 'wife' to live with and that's about all I remember!

The second is about a world run by wormen, and again a guy from our times ends up with them, and goes on the run with a girl...

any ideas?

I read these at the same time I was reading Logans Run and books like 'The Missing Persons League' !

the problem being that those sound like quite a few 60's and 70's sci-fi. a little more detail would be helpful
