Woah.

Cornelia Funke. Not Cornella.

Dragon Rider is nice, but I'd recommend that to a younger audience than say Inkheart and Inkspell. The main character is about 10 years old, and I think it's an entertaining story for 9-13 year olds. I did like Inkheart a lot better.

I wouldnt call it Young Adult Fiction though (14-18). It's a children's book.

I remember reading Thief Lord quite some years ago, and loving it. It was quite some time later that I saw Inkheart on the shelf and plunged into that. The story was wonderfull, and I loved/love Dustfinger!!!! Haha. After enjoying two books by her, I couldn't say no to Dragon Rider, but sadly I never finished it. It was good at first but soon grew dull due to being aimed at younger children. I've read the first 4 or so chapters of Inkspell... In fact, since I just finished Fell, it's high time I picked it up again. ^_^

The Inkworld trilogy is a great read. The first book drags a bit until halfway thru but the books get better and better. A little disappointing that there were only 3 books.

I picked up Inkheart the other day, and am really enjoying reading it. As Mark said in his review (thanks, Mark :)), it's a lovely book to read if you're as fanatical about books as the main characters are...

To complete the list:
Igraine the Brave: Igraine's parents turned themselves into pigs while using their set of magic books. Igraine needs to find the spell to free them and to protect the magic books against someone wanting to steal them. I especially loved the sentient magic books.
Ghosthunters (4 books): A boy, a ghost and an elderly woman hunt poltergeists and other ghosts.

Besides I always wonder why the English covers don't use the illustrations by Cornelia Funke herself. She used to be an illustrator before starting writing.
